The four page Souvenir Program is for Twentieth Century-Fox and Columbia Pictures' "All That Jazz", directed by Bob Fosse and featuring Roy Scheider, Jessica Lange and Ann Reinking with Leland Palmer, Ben Vereen and John Lithgow. The movie premiered in theaters in 1979, and this program was distributed to theatre patrons who attended the movie's premiere. The souvenir program is in great, vintage condition, with no missing or torn pages, no writing on any of the pages, and only minimal soiling and wear.
