Description: Up for sale is this lovely antique 1842-1843 bound volume of the Victorian woman's magazine, "The Universalist and Ladies' Repository." The book is overall in good+ condition with some signs of wear and age. The covers have some mild wear. The binding is good and sound. The interior is lightly toned from age with some scattered light foxing. Several of the pages have some vertical crease lines the length of the page. Along with that there is likely the occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection such as a minor spot of soiling or grubbiness, tiny chip, small tear, creased page corner, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 10 inches by 7 inches and is 476 pages long. It contains the issues from July 1842-June 1843 and is illustrated with 4 black and white engravings. Please look at all of the photos to further note the condition.
