Description: Antique Doulton Ewer Pitcher - Hand Painted with Dark & Light Pink Peonies or Roses over the Ivory Body, Bronze Color with Gold Accents Handle, Spout & Base. Hallmarked on verso with crown mark over "Doulton Burslem" and "U.S. Patent" with numbers. This mark was used by Doulton between 1880 to early 1890s. Made from earthenware ceramics. Very good condition. Free of chips, cracks or scratches, has some crazing inside and on the base. Floral paintings are vibrant and beautiful, no visible wear to the flowers or gold.
