Description: Antique Globe de Marilee is from France and had traditional use forsaving photo's, and wedding keepsakes in the Victorian times.It is a beautiful presentation piece, a brass chair with embossed brass flower and leaf garlands and paper flowers intertwined. A brass bird holding a wreath and 3 mirrors, center mirror is beveled. The cushion is tufted red velvet and has some white marks or wear. Some of the brass has tarnish spots. The glass dome and base are old and came with it. Domes length is shorter than the base. c.1860 Local pick up is ok or ship double boxed.Interior 18 1/2" X 10"with dome 20" X 13" X 7"
