The top has a MOP plaque and brass bale handle and rests on four brass ball feet. At 7.5" it's not long enough to be considered a gloves box. The interior lined with later pink paper. The lid lays flat, there is no key and it is not marked. The wood with natural characteristics, cracking minor scratches and knicking. etc. commensurate with age.
