Description: For offer is a very old and fragile horse and rider. I am unsure of the material. It may be mache or wood or some other composite. It is damaged in a couple places and is fragile. There are two labels on the bottom. The makers mark label is torn and illegible. The other looks to be a price tag? The rider is roughly 4”. The base is roughly 5” x 1 3/4”. For the horse, the whole thing (with rider) stands at about 6 1/4”. The horse alone is just about 5” to its head and 3 3/4” to its back. Other than this there are No visible markings. It is two pieces. The rider has wood feet and hands and is presumably made of wood entirely and is hinged. Clothes are fixed to the body. The horse is beautifully detailed and has some nice materials used in the saddle as well as the tack. Metal details. This is old and has sustained some damage over the years.
