Description: This is an antique or primitive 24" wooden handled bow or coping saw, and looks to be hand made tool but I cannot prove that.(see photos) Looks to be late 1800's or early 1900's but I can't tell for sure, again, see pictures close up. Has pinned on blade retaining end knobs (one end just has an old piece of wire pinning on... all original ) and their receiver holes that look to be possibly hand made , see photos Has a threaded rod for its tensioning mechanism. Well used, finished is grungy and has not been cleaned up. Handles and retaining knobs appear to be some kind of hardwood. Quite solid for its age. Probably still functional. 24" by 14" about 1/4" blade with 15" of blade accessable. Will ship disassembled.
