Description: You are looking at / bidding on an antique Rising Sun Nippon hand painted, porcelain hair receiver. It is circa 1890-1921, due to the marks on the bottom. Hair receivers were used to collect hair, to make hair jewelry out of, the fad at the turn of the century. There are NO chips or crazing, but there is paint loss on the top, due to use and being over 100 yrs. old. Some of the gold is worn and some of the roses have paint missing. But is still a lovely piece. I have taken pictures of all of the roses. So please look at the pictures closely as part of the description. If you buy and feel the item was misrepresented in any way, or not as pictured, please contact me IMMEDIATELY to resolve the issue.....otherwise all bids are final. If you are hesitant to buy because I don't take returns, check out the FEEDBACK of my happy customers! Payment is expected within 5 days, please. Feel free to ask questions, THANK YOU for looking / bidding, and may God bless you with a great day! NOTE: I DO COMBINE SHIPPING CHARGES WHENEVER POSSIBLE. I SHIP ONLY WITH USPS TRACKING.
