Description: Antique Small Milk Glass Oil Lamp Hand Painted Floral Detail P&A Hornet 9 5/8” 3 3/4” x 3 3/4” x 9 5/8” 11.3 oz This lovely little lamp was probably a night lamp/light and the brass burner was manufactured by Plume & Atwood and it’s the Hornet model. They manufactured out of Waterbury, Connecticut. It’s probably from between 1871-1916. The glass has swirls from it's creation and the floral painting is delicate and sweet. I didn't remove the top so I don't know if it's still usable as an oil lamp. I would guess if you get that top off, fill it with oil and replace the wick you are good to go. The chimney has an inconsistent top from it's creation and the burner shows patina from age and use as does the body. Overall though this is still quite a beauty. Please see pictures for condition detail. I refund shipping if it's less than estimated.
