Description: Lovely antique micro metal and glass beaded purse with a mirror and a coin purse. The intricate design shows a basket of flowers hanging from a bow with long trailing ribbon detail off to the sides. More flowers and leaves complete the sweet artwork of this purse. Many of these tiny metal beads are actually faceted, giving the shiny sparkle you can see in the photos. Just imagine the delicate handwork with a tiny needle and thread and the time it would have taken to create this wonderful purse. Sadly the fringe at the lower edge has some loss but could be reworked with new thread. The purse measures about 9" by 5 1/2" and the chain handle extends about 6 1/2" up from the framework. This antique 3 piece purse suite from Victorian times, deserves a place in your collection!
