Description: Offered here is a very attractive pair of highly collectible bookends for the Abraham Lincoln collector. This is a very uncommon set. I am listing both the silver-plated pair and the more traditional chocolate patina. They were produced by Weidlich Brothers Manufacturing Company. The pair weigh pounds 12 ounces. Take a good look at the photos. Both pieces are marked Lincoln 1809 1865 (year of birth and death) on the front side. On the backside is the WB shop mark and the number 641. Also marked copyright USA.circa 1920sConstruction is cold painted finish over gray metal. The bookends are surprisingly heavyTake a good look at the photos.
