Description: Antique WWII USA Signal Corps TG-5-B Telegraph Set with Case Speaker Very Clean this thing is really clean when I bought it it had those Desiccant bags inside of it. It looks of this this thing was made and stored. The cloth canvas bag is in really great shape as well as the leather on it. The snap works good. The strap looks pretty much knew and it's adjustable and pretty long. This is quite heavy. I went online and there's actually an instruction manual that you can download it's 60 pages . I'll put the link on here. I was trying to figure out what battery it took.It Takes BA-30 Batteries which are the same size as d Cells but I think they're higher voltage I didn't really read too much into this manual. I'm selling this as is not working as is because I haven't tested it but I wouldn't doubt if this thing works as it is in amazing condition. Pretty interesting in the manual. It's quite comprehensive and even tells you how to destroy this thing if you have to leave it to the enemy. Has all kinds of methods. I think you'd be hard pressed to find one of these a nicer condition. This is kind of fit for a museum condition. It's really nice. I did not clean this thing at all. The case has a push button that locks it closed and opened. It works flawlessly and the battery compartment has a screw with a little Pawl on it. That works great too. This is about as nice as it gets for your military collection. Tapper works good as well as a little adjuster that works well too.
