All are matted & shrink wrapped, measuring 21" x 16" except one which is varnished & has a floor plan on the back, this one has some dirty marks & is on heavy cardboard. The other drawings look like paper. Most are signed in the lower right corner. No tears or damages, but the are yellow acid marks on the rendering for the terrace.
