Description: PLEASE READ! This Audient preamp is in overall great condition, it was kept rack-mounted in a smoke-free studio and has only minor surface scratches. However, channels 3 and 7 recently developed a static sound as well as a crackle and pop that both randomly pop up every so often, even when the gain is all the way down. It seems to be somehow related to the phantom power. Pressing the phantom power button will stop it for a little while. All other six channels work perfectly fine. If you’re handy with audio gear it may be something you can fix on your own, or something Audient would repair. I had another 8-channel interface I decided to use in my studio instead of pursuing getting this one fixed. These preamps sound amazing and is perfect for someone who either wants to put some love into it, or for someone who doesn’t necessarily need a full 8-channel preamp.
