Not sure if there are missing parts or not. Original instructions are included along with the decal sheet. The original box is still in pretty fair condition. Selling as-is. Shipping and handling: I try to mail all items as quickly as possible after payment is received but old age and weather may sometimes delay that trip to the post office or UPS by a day or so. I frequently recycle boxes and packing materials as often as possible. This helps to keep costs down and it also helps our environment by reducing waste. We are fortunate to be located near the center of the United States, so I estimate a fixed shipping and handling charge to get that item or items delivered to an approximate 2/3rds of the US. Sometimes it costs less to mail the package than what we collected, and other times I have to pay extra. My goal is to break even when all is done. My buyers may not be aware, but Ebay’s selling fees are collected from the shipping charges as well as the price of the item being sold. International Shipping: Ebay now forwards international shipments so most often I do not even know that the item that I’m selling is going to a foreign country. Sales taxes: Any sales tax collected is collected by eBay and paid direct by them to the respective taxing districts and not by me. Letters in the title description: The letters A through F at the end of the item title listing do not have any reflection on the item. These letters are there to let me know when it’s time to reevaluate an item and possibly revise the listing. This ensures that all of my listings get reviewed on a periodic basis. The items with a “p” at the end of the title description are items that have been reduced to the lowest possible selling price. Returns vs. no returns: Most items that I sell are returnable if the recipient feels that I failed to describe the item correctly or if fails to work as it was expected. There are some items that are strictly being listed as-is because they are incomplete or broken and they are being sold strictly as-is for parts or repair only. These type of listings will strictly be sold with no return.
