Description: Authentic Cachtice Castle Stone. This stone comes from Elizabeth Bathory “The Blood Countess” castle in the little Carpathian mountains in Slovakia. Stone comes in a clear window gem box. There’s a serial numbered holographic label on the back. You also get the full color photo card in a protective holder as well as a Certificate of Authenticity with matching serial number. In 1611 the household of the Hungarian countess Elizabeth Bathory was accused of torturing and killing as many as 600 young women within the walls of this castle. Her aim was not to kill them, she just enjoyed torturing. Her husband knew of what she did & even gave her tips from his time fighting the turks. She was eventually found out shortly after her personal herb woman & mystic died of old age. Sentenced to imprisonment in 1609 in her castle til she died in her 50's 5 yrs later.
