Bachmann Spectrum HO Scale Southern Pacific USRA Light Mountain 4-8-2 MT-1

Description: Here, we have a Bachmann Spectrum USRA Light 4-8-2 mountain type steam locomotive lettered for Southern Pacific. This was a fairly recent purchase. Selling because I have too many locomotives and this loco is surplus to requirements. Overall, condition is good. Cosmetic condition is good. Note that there is at least one or two loose details; also, there are pipes that run down the right hand side of the boiler that I don't know where they go. Running condition is good. It must be said that the loco is noisy when running, more so in reverse. If I'm correct, this is somewhat normal for these particular Bachmann locos? I have lubed and cleaned the wheels, even after lots of lube, it still sounds very noisy, but otherwise seems to run fine. Has working firebox glow (which is really nice given the loco's age).
