Description: Wonderful antique art deco, ornate repoussé sterling silver photo locket/pendant with chain. This listing features a beautiful locket/pendant that is 1 1/16” long by 7/8” wide by 1/8” deep and that hangs on a vintage sterling silver 16” box chain. This necklace weighs 9.3 grams altogether. The locket has very pleasing Art Deco repoussé detail on the front including a chevron with two floral elements and a cartouche into which initials can be engraved, if desired. It has highly polished sterling silver on the back, opens fairly easily and closes firmly with a “click”. The interior has its bottom frame intact, for photos and is signed by the maker, “B Co.”. The top frame was damaged, so I will include it, but it doesn’t fit properly inside the interior as it is bent out of shape. This locket is in really nice condition for its age with no damage aside from, perhaps, very minor surface wear and the aforementioned. The chain is a very nice, sturdy, Italian box chain with a spring ring clasp. The locket and chain are both stamped for sterling silver and both have been professionally tested as sterling silver. ***PLEASE NOTE: Any display items pictured, including antique ring boxes, are NOT included.*** I request payment within two days of purchase and will ship within two days of payment via USPS Priority mail.
