Description: A 303-style synth, revamped and expanded! Intended as a digital replacement for the bass guitar, the original 303 aimed to create powerful bass sounds for use in pop and dance music in the early '80s. The bass sounds it created were more muffled and snappy than those of a tripod bass guitar. Because of this happy accident, the 303 was not used to its full potential until the rise of dance music in the late '80s and early '90s. The original was used to lay the foundation for Acid House and EDM in the early 90s. Behringer has gone to great lengths to replicate the sound and look of the original, but in this modified version you get a whole host of new features. In addition to redesigned circuitry, the TR-3-MO offers a wide range of new controllers, including Slide and Accent circuits. A new sub-oscillator allows you to create even more powerful low-end sounds. A MIDI-controlled filter is also included, so you can use the TD-3-MO with the music software of your choice. You can create a wide range of sounds and bass tones, as well as rhythms, using the built-in 16-step sequencer. The versatile sequencer has a total of seven tracks, each containing 250 user patterns. Synth also has a built-in arpeggiator for creating rhythmic patterns. Create powerful sounds with waveform capabilities At the heart of the TD-3-MO is a vintage-style oscillator. The voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) is equipped with a transistor waveform shaping circuit. This allows switching between sawtooth and square waveforms, providing flexible sound design options. You can precisely select the low-pass filter cutoff frequency and resonance settings, allowing you to easily shape your sound. Another way to modulate waveforms is the newly introduced overdrive circuit. From tone shaping to live performance, the overdrive control will add crunch and edge to any sound you create.
