These units retail for well over $10,000 without the shortening filter, we’re offering this bundle, including this late model 2018 fryer with filter for a fraction of the replacement cost. This equipment was recently pulled from a grocery store that closed in rural Wisconsin and was in use for their bakery until the store closed. The fryer is in excellent condition for commercial equipment. The roll out shortening filter is on castors and fits directly underneath the fryer, appears to be a little older, and is included with this bundle unless you do not want/need it.
