The cover page has a small "divot" that is visible if you angle the page in the light or if you run your finger over the page - the "divot" is approx 1" long. It is not very visible if you look at it straight on. The pattern has normal shelf wear as would be expected on an item of its age. Has been stored in the home of a non-smoker.
