Description: Description Unit powers on but does not function properly. Buttons all responsive. When hooking up a power supply, even with the load in the off position, it acts like there is a short in the load. It will draw whatever current the power supply is set to. Does not matter if load is switched on or off or what settings are configured. Unit has a rubber bumper on the front only and is missing the rear bumper. The front two feet are missing, but the rear feet are intact. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of. See all item photos for the condition of the unit.
