By working with a ballast, the B50 does not affect normal fixture operation and may be used with switched or unswitched fixtures up to 1400 lumens. We will try to resolve the issue via e-mail. If it’s a damaged unit (From Manufacturers) Return the defective unit for repair or for a new unit. Return postage is buyers’ responsibility and if it’s a default unit we will repair or ship a new unit to you free of charge.  Note - If the damage is caused by user error, we will ask for maintenance cost and shipping cost for the new unit plus for the brand-new unit. Refunds - We offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your item; A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with missing parts. A refund will not be accepted if you return your item with any kind of damage (misused or abused merchandise). All returns must be in the original non-damaged condition, including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories or else it will not be accepted. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping, shipping cost and proof of delivery on all returns. Please be sure that return items are properly packed and fully insured. We are not responsible for returned packages if lost by shipper/carrier or got damaged buy carrier. All defective merchandise must be returned back to us only within the 14 days of the original sale. Misused or abused merchandise will not be considered defective. Shipping cost (to and from buyer) will be charged for any refused shipping delivery (include taxes fee if any). The transaction does not include any Tax / Handling Fees.
