In this case, the inside tag on this hat actually reads Size 7 1/2 This hat has been re-measured and is actually a Size 7 3/8 - It is being Sold as such. The inside tag is incorrect. This error in NO WAY effects the hat when you are wearing it. Obviously....The Tag is on the inside band. You are Buying the Size as listed in the title of this auction and it will fit properly.
