Hardcover is in good condition with signs of wear and rubbing along edges. Dust jacket is included with wear, creasing and very small tears to bottom edge; tanning on the inside. Page edges of text block are good with light discolorations/foxing on the top and fore edge. Internal pages are very good with no tears, large creases, or notes found after a quick inspection; there are some small sized stains and foxing on a handful of pages. Binding is tight.
