Description: (PLEASE READ EVERYTHING) This camcorder works just fine with a couple of exceptions: First, the CF card readers don’t like to read certain memory cards that I believe should be compatible. When such a card is inserted, it will say “media format not supported”. I’m not sure why that is, but I have included a CF card that works well, so that will get you started. The other thing I should mention is that there is some dust inside the lens or on the sensor that causes a dark spot in the image. It is most obvious when zoomed in and facing a plain white surface as shown. It is far less obvious when shooting against a darker background and zoomed further out. Other than that everything works great. Cosmetically speaking, the body has some fairly noticeable scratches. The screen has light scratches, and the outside of the lens glass looks very clean aside from the internal spot as described above. The camcorder comes with just the CF card and the Canon battery, the lens cap, and a generic hood as shown. It does not include a charger or anything else not pictured. The pictures are of the actual items you will receive. The camcorder will be shipped in a box carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
