Description: Caprock High Voltage (CHV) Nanosecond High Voltage Pulse Generator (HVPG) This product is custom designed and fabricated in the USA by Caprock High Voltage, LLC. The device requires an external 12 VDC supply (included, US North American outlet) and an external 5 V TTL gate pulse (BNC Connection). The output is a fast high voltage pulse, variable from 0-600 V, fixed by the adjustment knob on the front panel. The output pulse width roughly follows the input TTL pulse width (~20 ns pulse width distortion, typ.). Pulses from 100 ns to 300 ns can be produced, with pulse risetimes as low as 4 ns for a wide-bandwidth, 50 Ohm non-reactive load.
