These patterns are in pristine unused condition. A few of the outside corners have a smudge (does not go through onto any of the paperwork. There's a light pink smudge on the bottom corner, on the outer folder (as shown in the photos). The instructions and foldout page are new and unused. If you're interested in the foldout page for it's artistic value; you can take a creased print to an art store and they can steam the creases out.
