Description: Here is a very cool old Catchers mitt/pancake style from the 1930's or earlier ?? The size is 9" top to bottom and its 10" wide. This one is an adjustable bucket style and has a patent number date of 7-5-18 !! I am unable to find any makers mark on the glove, there looks to be some letters on the thumb area but I am unable to decipher any name or numbers? The leather on the glove is still soft and supple but a bit dry. It would benefit by a good dose of glove oil. Overall the glove is in really nice condition with no damage, just a lot of cracking/scuffs and just wear. A very nice piece to add to any Baseball Memorabilia room!!!
