It has a larger length for the head joint which gives some stability to the wind way, and lets the lower body slide right into the mouthpiece instead of a separate tuning slide. It has the classic aluminum low whistle sound. I have had this model tested by many fantastic Irish musicians and they have all loved this model. It has a green metallic section on the inside of the mouthpiece and a beautiful Celtic knot logo. This whistle has been individually hand tuned to concert pitch A440 at 68•F I have been making whistles since 1998 and have been perfecting my designs over the years as I have made and sold over 15,000 instruments.
