CGC 9.8 Daredevil #181 Newsstand Death Of Elektra Frank Miller Cover & Story

Description: For sale is a stunning copy of one of the most iconic and instantly recognizable issues of the 80s: Daredevil #181 graded a 9.8 by CGC with White Pages and a Newsstand version as well. This particular issue has a near-perfect wrap and alignment of the cover, meaning the back of the cover doesn't wrap around to the front or vice versa and no text/graphics are cut off along the edges (there’s no way to keep either the L on the right and the price box on the left from getting cut off on this issue for some reason, but to me the straight and complete price box was more important than the L being complete). Truly stunning presentation with this example, I'm super-picky about my cover wraps and finding a newsstand 9.8 of this issue with such nice centering of the front cover was such a pain. I hate to let it go, but I've been trying to make some tough decisions thinning the collection and sadly some of my favorite books didn't make the cut. Case is in excellent condition with no cracks, chips or other damage and the surface is clean with only a few light scratches/blemishes.
