We use USPS for delivery of items less than 22 inches, to keep the cost to you as low as possible. For items over 22 inches we use UPS. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship UPS or FedEx expedited for additional cost. If the delivery address is to a P.O. Box, and the item is shipping by UPS, the order will be cancelled. We have a one-day handling policy. However, if your item is paid for on a business day after 3:00 PM central time, Saturday after 11:00 AM Central time, Sunday, or a holiday, it will not ship until the next business day. Make sure your address is correct prior to payment. eBay’s policy is that the seller is not to change the address. If you wish to change your address, you must do it through eBay prior to checkout. If the item you purchased is shipped back to me by the shipping company (return to sender) for any reason that's due to a false, incorrect, or misleading address, or because they were unable to deliver the package to you for some other reason as a result of your error, you are agreeing that we can deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges we incurred. The remainder of what is left from the purchase price will be refunded to you. If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier. We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS. At that time we will reship or refund your purchase, whichever you choose.
