Description: Here I have for sale an Everyman's Library edition of Charlotte Bronte's Villette published in 1966 in hardcover with this pictorial dust jacket. Jacket drawing by Dianne Hillier. The book is Very Good minus with clean green boards and bright gilt. Tight binding and unmarked text pages. There is a prior owner's penciled notes on front endpapers and their signature in ink. The dust jacket is Good with still bright lilac color and wonderful illustration. Significant wear in the form of chips, edge wear and creases. Rear inside flap has some more penciled notes by prior owner. It is not price-clipped and is protected in mylar.
