He uses (almost entirely) his own games to amply explain the battle, keeping alternative lines to the minimum. Added in are chess stories and plenty of competitive psychology. Reviewing this old book, I now notice that he does NOT get to delving into reduced positions (i.e. endings). Figurine algebraic notation.
