This airbrush comes with a case (hinge is broken, however, it can be closed), quick connect adapter, wrench, hanger, screwdriver, tweezers and needles (inside case - see pics). Airbrush does work (turbine spins and air flows from jet) though it has not been used in awhile and so it can use a light cleaning and tune-up.
