The top of the pen reads West Germany. The inside near the cap reads Made In West Germany IGO Product-DRGM. The pen is App. 3 1/2" x 1/4" retracted. The case/pen closed is App. 2 1/4". Loop on the top for attaching to a keychain. Unknown ink color. Minor surface wear with some scratching. The loop ring has darkened.
