Sits flat with no wobble. No dents. There are some utensil marks on inside bottom of pan, see photos. Shows exterior scratches on bottom edge of pan. Top of lid shows some marks, see photos. The pan measures about 6" in diameter. Handle is 6 1/2" long. NSF Testing Laboratory marked on the bottom. Great sauce pan and lid. Made in Toledo, OH. Nice addition to any kitchen.
