The unit is a 2 bedroom deluxe which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living room area, balcony, a washer/dryer and sleeps 6. The layout should be pictures in the eBay listing but units may vary slightly from unit to unit. I cannot book a specific unit or floor. The specific unit, oceanfront or oceanview, floor, etc. will be determined by Wyndham leading up to the booking. It is urged to contact them to make a request prior to the 2 week window. CHEAP FLIGHTS & RENTAL CARS INTO ORLANDO!! (around 1 hr from Daytona!!) Check-in around 4 pm on Oct 12, 2024 Checkout around 10 am on Oct 18, 2024 Winning bid is the total for the 4 night stay. You will not owe any other fees or taxes. Once payment is verified, I will change the Wyndham booking to winning bidder. Resort info: Indoor and Outdoor Swimming Pool, Exercise Facility, Lazy River & Water Slide, Hot Tubs, Game Room & Miniature Golf and the BEACH! Resort Location: Wyndham Ocean walk is close to food and shopping at The Ocean Walk Shoppes (Bubba Gump, Cold Stone Creamery, etc.), other restaurants, a water park (across the street), convention center, Daytona Beach Pier (Joe's Crab Shack), Shops on the board by the Pier, etc. Bidding Notes: 1.Your bid on this condo rental is the complete total of what you have to pay, other than normal optional purchases. 2. There are no hidden charges (no sales tax, no lodging tax, no cleaning fees). 3. When you compare to other hotels or resorts, please compare TOTAL COST vs TOTAL COST. Wyndham resorts provide the luxury and amenities that a VRBO or Airbnb just do not have. Sometimes our vacation destination does not have a Wyndham resort (on the beach) so we book oceanfront resorts and make them available on Ebay (to pay for our non Wyndham locations). Helpful Owner Hints/Suggestions: 1. We can possibly add dates for this unit if available. The bookings are done 10 months in advance so the dates have minimal flexibility. 2. You can pair this with a few nights in Orlando (82 miles to Disney or Universal), 229 miles to Savannah (GA), 261 miles to Hilton Head (SC), 263 miles to Miami (FL), 550 miles to Chattanooga (TN), 329 miles to Charleston (SC), 407 miles to Destin (FL), 360 miles to Panama City (FL), etc. 3. This unit has a full equipped kitchen so you can enjoy the unit, beach and save money by cooking a supper or 2. It's also nice to cook a quick breakfast. 4. This unit has a balcony with a view of the pool and beach so bring coffee and plan to hang out there often. 5. This unit also has a washer/dryer so you could wash a little during your stay. This will eliminate some of the hassle when you get home. Helpful Hints: 1. You do not have to own timeshare or belong to RCI in order to bid. 2. You can attend a timeshare meeting and receive a gift card or other gifts from Wyndham during your stay but it is not mandatory. 3.
