Description: Beautiful Princess Barbies from around the world! Luxurious materials with meticulous designs and ornate jewelry. You’ll love displaying these dolls are using them to teach children about history and heritage. 1. Princess of the Renaissance: The box is in very good condition; both stickers on the back are intact. Stunning gold accessories, beautiful hazel eyes, a dark lipstick, and a breathtaking deep-blue ensemble. "During the Renaissance in the beautiful city of Florence, the king and queen's daughter lives in a fantastic castle. This is a wonderful era of learning and growth. The city is home to writers, architects, musicians, and philosophers. The princess especially likes to watch artists as they paint city scenes. Today, the princess is very excited because she will attend a tournament at the palace. There will be jousting and archery competitions." 2. Princess of Imperial Russia: The box is in good condition. One of the stickers on the back has been slashed, but the other is intact. She has not been removed from the box. She has striking, light-blue eyes, fair skin, and dark red lipstick. An exquisite gold and pink crown covers her head, and its tassels dangle by her face. Shades of white, red, and gold adorn her impressive outfit. "In regal Russia, a lovely blonde girl with bright blue eyes lives in a magnificent palace. Her parents are the czar and czarina, or king and queen. The princess is called the Grand Duchess. Her family owns many palaces throughout their country, and each one is filled with wonderful riches. But, most of all, the princess treasures her matryoshka. These are beautiful, painted wooden nesting dolls that fit one inside the other. All year round, there are festivals that the princess adores. She is so happy to be here, wearing her favorite dress and her grandmother's crown." 3. Princess of the Portuguese Empire: The box is in good condition - there are signs of wear around the top and front bottom left side. (please see pictures). This lovely princess has long, dark, and curly locks that rest underneath her gold crown. The full skirt of her dress is a deep burgundy and has a velvety texture. The bodice is orange and red with puffy sleeves, a square neck, and gold threaded details. Her soft smile shows part of her teeth, and her lips are painted a warm red. "Nestled on the shores of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean is the kingdom of Portugal. The king's daughter, a lovely princess called Infanta, stands on the balcony of her grand castle and watches as ships depart the harbor. Today is an especially joyous day for the princess: outside the palace grounds, there will be a joust, a competition between two mounted knights. The Princess wears a glorious gown of jacquard and burgundy panne velvet, inspired by Renaissance fashion. A delicate cap of golden metallic lace is the final regal accessory." 4. Princess of England: This box is in fair condition. Unfortunately, the outer plastic has yellowed due to sun exposure; however, I do not believe this has affected the doll's pigmentation. Other than that, there is some wear on the bottom front of the box, i.e., cracking. But it can still stand and is intact. This princess is pretty in pink and gold! She has light brown eyes, fair skin, and blonde hair. Her lavish dress is made of mixed materials, including velvet, "silk," corded strands, and threads of gold. The sleeves on her dress are what stand out the most. They are oversized, starting small and getting bigger toward the hands, adorned with fingerless golden gloves - a truly royal look. "In a wondrous era long ago, a beautiful maiden - the daughter of the king and queen - lives in a grand castle. The young girl walks in the royal garden, something she loves to do every day. Her long blonde hair hangs free (she will wear it loose until she is married). This charming princess has many pastimes that she enjoys. She likes to play cards, tables (backgammon), and draughts (checkers). There is always something fun to do in the castle in Tudor England." 5. Princess of Holland: The box is in very good condition. Both stickers are still intact on the back. This breathtaking princess has fair skin, light green eyes, and pale red hair. She is decked in lavish accessories of gold and pearls: a hairpiece situated around her updo, large dangling earrings, a necklace, and two pearl bracelets. Her outfit perfectly compliments her coloring - a red and gold bodice with a jacquard print, puff sleeves with lace detail, and a full silk skirt of light golden color and two ribboned strands of red and gold coming down the center. Her bodice is modestly topped with a white sheer and lace collar/cape. "During the Dutch Golden Age in a palace garden in the city of Amsterdam, a pretty princess admires her tulips. These beautiful flowers were brought here from Turkey. Her country is called Holland, which means "Woodland" in Diets, the Old Dutch language. The princess thinks the city is very beautiful. There are over 100 great canals. In the winter, it gets very cold, and the canals freeze. Everyone skates on iron skates called schaatsen." 6. Princess of the Korean Court: This box is in very good condition. Both of the stickers on the back are still intact. This princess is strikingly gorgeous. She has soft brown eyes, bright pink lips, and beautiful black hair perfectly braided into an elaborate updo held with pink and gold accessories. The princess is clad in a traditional bright green and pink court dress robe. The pink ribbon around her neck is decorated with red and pink flowers, matching her round patches. These look like the mugunghwa flower (hibiscus), which is the national flower of South Korea. "In a kung (palace) in Seoul, a lovely girl looks over her city. Her black hair shines in the bright spring sunshine. Today she may go on a journey in Seoul. When she travels, she is carried in a palanquin (a covered couch carried on poles) and all the people of her country kowtow (kneel down and bend) to her as she passes. The princess is happy because soon it will be time to celebrate Sol Nal, New Year's Day. Sol Nal happens on the first day of spring. Sometimes dance troupes come to perform and encourage everyone to dance too! Sol Nal is a wonderful day in Korea!
