This note is very heavily circulated, damaged, in low grade, and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - many areas of damage exist); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease and/or rust stains, areas of discoloration, foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed/damaged - edges rough/damaged in many areas); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and many are very large); very heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); a few small holes exist; many pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
