Description: From Doyusha of Japan comes kit #6. It is the IJAAF Nakajima Ki-44 fighter of WWII. Introduced in 1942 the Shoki was designed to replace the aging Ki-43 Oscar and was the only Japanese fighter at the time to be able to intercept the high flying B-29 Superfortress. Allies code name Tojo. Doyusha issued this fine kit in 1979 and featured nice detail and crisp molding. Box is excellent shape and inner parts bag still sealed. Scale is 1/100.
