This set represents "Regimiento de Granaderos a Caballo" (Regiment of Mounted Grenadiers) created by General José de San Martín in 1812. This Cavalry Regiment, fought against the Spanish Empire during the South America Independence wars. They uniforms were inspired on the European ones used on that period. The set is composed by six mounted figures, with five regular soldiers, one of them flagbeared, and one Officer (General San Martín) with bicornate and sword. The figures and their bases are made of plastic, ready for displaying. Dimension: Scale 54 mm (2,25 inches) approx. Condition: Figures are factory new, in excellent condition.
