Pre-owned in good condition, will have some general staining but will not impact camo effectiveness, may have small tears/holes but I have not observed any in casual inspection. Designed to go over winter clothing and provide light water resistance. A pair of these with a woodland camo type top works great in forested environments with heavy snow on ground.
