Over the years, these are the features that have delivered our best 100 Yard Accuracy. (Our experience comes from making hundreds of heavy contour rimfire barrels for the closed breech TC Contender.) This new CZ-457 barrel tapers from .860 at the receiver to .820 at the muzzle. The heavier weight gives added mass for a steadier hold. The taper helps to dampen vibration and simulates the contour and length of a centerfire PRS rifle. And the 24" length assures Subsonic bullet stability. Excellent for Target and Varmint shooting as well as PRS22. Suggested torque: 20-30 inch pounds.
