Please be aware that Ebay has recently started managing and collecting sales tax for some states and may appear on your invoices that I cannot control, it does not come to me, and I cannot revise your invoice. To avoid paying sales tax you may file your re-sale paperwork with eBay, everything is different for each state. I list my items with no returns simply because I cannot offer replacement items because almost everything, I have is unique so I cannot meet their obligations. For items on the East coast, I recommend ardelivers dot com they offer a blanket wrapped delivery service, you can check them out online and inquire or I can get a quote if you would like. Plan on these deliveries taking 5-6 weeks from the time they are scheduled. Though it could be a lot sooner and it would be best if you paid the shipping company directly.
