Pop the retention tab off the inside of each ear piece. Careful. That tab will go flying! The goggle strap can then be pulled up releasing the retention peg. The lens then lifts off the front. You have to pull it up a bit as the bottom center of the lens does fit in a groove in the google frame. Re assembly in reverse order was easy especially as the retention pegs and locking clips are labeled left and right. I personally found it easiest to face the lens and ear piece down on a table so I could squish them together to re attach the strap clip.
