Description: This 20 Dollar Bill from 1996 is in excellent condition especially for being almost 30 years old! Notice on both serial numbers the last digit being a 3, is hanging quite a bit lower than the rest and in the second picture near the date and also to the left of it you can see the Ink Bleed through. On the right side of the bill you'll notice the treasury stamp is off Center to the right and below the serial number ND signature there is more Ink bleeding through. The number on the reverse of the bill is 135. These old style of notes are becoming less and less available and I wouldn't be letting it go if I didn't need the money so I guess it's time to pass it on unfortunately. Thanks
