Description: PLEASE READ THOUROGHLY- PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR EGG COLOR PREFERENCES. I will accomodate as I can! If you want welsummer/bcm back crossed eggs, I can include those as well. If you are wanting ONLY a specific color of egg, I can only do those in half dozen increments generally as I only have a handful that lay each unique shade. I am a small business, this is a side hobby as homeschooling my 5 kiddos is my main gig. :)Eggs are sold in half dozen increments, with several extras always included. So, as this listing price is for 6+2-ish eggs. If you purchase a quantity of 3 @ 35$ each, you would be ordering 18+ eggs for 105$ +shipping. I can combine eggs up to 2 dozen+ for the same shipping cost (18$). I provide the freshest eggs I can. The goal is you always RECEIVE the eggs within 7 days of their being laid for best fertility. That said.... :) After many years of work, my hens are laying gorgeous deep colored olive, sage, moss, coffee and pure black copper marans, who's color is about a 7 on the official marans egg color chart. They are a great variety of speckles and some have heavy blooms! All of the green eggs are covered by BCM rooster, and therefore are all considered 'back crossed'. Depending on the shade, the eggs will be a backcross of 2-8 times.Example: moss egger- a cream legbar or auraucana crossed with a brown layer gene rooster (marans in my case) equals are green egg. Crossing that bird again with a marans roo, will give a darker green egg and so on. So a BC6-OE means that the Olive egger (or to say it's appearance, a coffee or moss egger) has been bred back to a marans roo 6 times, giving the deep and unique coloring that the hen would lay. THIS ALSO MEANS that these are mixed breed birds. They can look like anything. They nearly all have the marans feathered feet. They are MULTIGENERATIONAL, as they have been back crossed. Therefore, brown eggs can come from them, especially the lighter/earlier back crosses. However, this is rather rare for me I've noticed. My marans are younger, but have been laying for a few months now. They have hatched well for myself and willing/aware customers recently. If you prefer more of a specific color egg, I will do my best to accomodate you depending on how well my hens are laying at the time of order. I ship via USPS Priority Mail, to the lower 48 states. Shipping price is calculated based off off the amount of eggs purchased, and the current price of medium or large priority shipping boxes depending on how many eggs are ordered. Please understand! I do not control how the eggs are handled by the shippers after I hand them over to USPS. I cannot assure you of their succesful development, as every incubator is different, and every person has differing levels of skill/knowledge regarding the incubation process. Therefore, I am not responsible for your hatch rate or the egg's development in any way. My promise is what you will be sold quality fertile eggs. Shipping can be brutal, and the eggs interal airsac can be invisibly damaged during shipping. X-rays can also ruin fertility, and while I mark my packages as NO X-RAYS, I cannot control any of that. For these reasons, I will not refund or take returns for any reason.I can ship between 6 and 24 eggs, occasionally more depending on how well my hens are kaying at the time, and the kind of egg you want. I always include extras/spares. I am new to ebay selling, but I want to provide you a great experience. All of my hens egg's are checked for fertility several times per week. My buyers via shipping have had excellent hatch rates.
