The disc has many surface scratches from play around the disc which are more easily seen under a strong light, and the game works well. The manual has creases to its front and back covers. There is fraying / light surface tearing to the back cover near the top edge. There are stains to the cover around the same area (see photo). The game is shown working and playing on an PS2.
