It was produced by Yonezawa (Yone) Toys around the mid-to late 1950's (1955 - 1959). It is listed as Yone FD-11. Classic Fire Ladder Truck is a nice 10" to 10 1/2" long (25 cm) and in overall nice "lightly played with" condition, with good colors and tires with very little play wear. Friction motor works well. Ladder rises when released. All small hubcaps and the windshield are present. Nice fire engine lithos.This neat looking Emergency Fire vehicle display well and should make a great addition to your vintage tin friction or Japan made Fire apparatus vehicle collection.
